As a member of the Citizens’ Panel you will be kept up to date about the work Virgin Care is doing in the area and if you want to, you can also take part in surveys or become more involved.
This could be by sharing your personal knowledge and experience of services, maybe by taking part in workshops and other projects which will happen over the coming months and years, and you can also help us to shape the way services are run in the area. But if you don’t want to do any of these things apart from being kept informed, that’s fine too. If this sounds like something you would like to be involved with simply sign up here.
What will the Citizens’ Panel involvement look like?
Panel members will have options of participation, and they can swap between these levels whenever they like.
What do the levels involve?
- Informed – Regular newsletter, updates (text, email, letter), new service information, condition guides
- Asked – Participate in surveys, participate in research, vote on awards, vote on service options, use ‘chat room’
- Involved – Contribute to design of services, review and co-produce communications, or help us to test health apps and innovations
